Meaning of Home

Home to me isn't a building, it is a feeling so strong like the day that you met your best friend and you know that you're not giving them up. That is why I keep trying to keep a relationship going with my friends . What makes me feel like home is friendship and family, sports and school. Home is heaven. My brother and I had some fights, but we’re always friends. My dad is stern at times but is awesome. I love my mom too. We have a game at night and sometimes we will play hockey together. My friends are so close I could call them my family. Luke is my best friend. He is fun and smart but not nerdy. Charlie is smart and into history like me, we live near each other so we play a lot together. They are home. Hockey is home to me because my coach is nice and has a solid relationship with the players. If not you're going to drop the gloves with your own player and you don't want to do that. Soccer is not that different but the goalie is who you want to be friends with. Hockey is not just a game it is a home away from home. My teacher is extremely nice and I am lucky to have her as one of my teachers. All of my friends are here at school so I am so happy to be able to be here. Everyone is nice so it feels like home. If you're hurt I am 999% sure someone will help you. I love that Habitat for Humanity is helping people who can't afford a house. I want to help an organization that allows people to afford a house and create a sense of home.
