What does home mean to me?

Home is a place where I feel welcome, happy, comfortable, connected, giving etc. It's also a place where you have family including friends, guardians, pets anything that feels like family to you. You can also think of home as a friend’s house if you feel safe, happy or welcome there. The first thing I do when I go home is I say hi to the people at the house and ask them “How was your day?” Home isn't a place where you don't feel welcome. Example: it's your first day of school and you don't have any friends yet. That's not home. Home is, Example: it's your first day BACK at school and you feel safe there and inside your heart. Other places are home like a store, park, cafe, restaurant etc. Home is up to you to feel safe. Home is a very special thing to lots of people including me. I think home is one of my favorite things. I think of home as family and friends. Doesn't matter to me. I love my home not just my house. I love my friends house or a special store or even a restaurant. Being in such an amazing world and having multiple homes is great, and I understand that not a lot of people have home but inside they really do not just a little park but there family friends that is what home means to me.
