Storyteller

In my country, where storytelling is in every home, In every story, there was a moral sewn. When Grandmother came to visit, You would sit by her and listen, She would tell old folktales, It is a tradition. Songs from the story will be sang Passed on from great grandparents on end. Dance to Grandmother's lyrics! For every word in each story had meanings Listen to her sing in our mother tongue in the mornings. A folktale would be told when you were asleep Or even when you were about to eat. Now, no matter where you're from Or to which culture you were born Storytelling is a tradition For home is where the story is from.
