What Home Means to Me

Home means family and whenever I see family it means home. When me and my family moved to our new home I thought it was not safe at all. When my family cleans, helps, and when they are around me in our new home it means a lot. The love I get is from family, my home and myself. At home I will always eat family dinners made with love and joy - outside and inside my lovely home. Home is everywhere, especially my grandmother's home. My Mom is love, my dad is love, my 2 sisters are love, and my brother is love. I will always protect them and keep our home safe and heathy. My last home was with little bit of broken windows and only a few working doors. When I was a baby, we almost lost our apartment which was our home. We were almost homeless. My new home has clothes, a bed, blankets, a tv, nice windows, nice and new doors. My home now has a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. That’s why I talked about our home is because it got saved by Manitoba Habitat for Humanity. I want people to have beautiful, safe homes, just like us.
