Meaning of Home

The word home means something different to everybody so that's why I think that it is such a special word. To you it might mean spending time by yourself, or always hanging out with your friends. Home is so much more than just a place with 4 walls, a roof and a door. My home is a place where I know that when I come back from a long day at school my family is at my home waiting to give me a big warm hug. Sometimes me and my siblings fight but without that my home would not be the same. My home is made from small things, some good, some bad but these things are what make my home mine. I know that maybe I might not feel as comfortable at someone else's home because I don’t know those certain creaks and cracks like I do with my home. It doesn’t matter if your home is big or small because some people have no homes at all. So this is why I want to make a change so everyone can feel that love that I feel. “Be grateful for the home you have knowing that at this moment, all you have is all you need.” -Sarah Ban Breathnach By: Sadie
