The Meaning of Home

A home is not how fancy the house is it’s a place that feels like a warm welcome. It’s not about the house it’s about the love and memories inside. So, the different between a house and a home is that a house is the walls a home is wherever your love is. Over the past twelve years I moved nine times. Very stressful because I have moved so much. The one place that feels like home is in Selkirk where my grandma and grandpa live. Mostly my grandparents’ house because that’s where I grow up. I have the most memories there and I know it’s safe. Its where I get loved the most. There is one memory I remember the most. I was playing outside with my sister, and she feel into the pool. My mom grabbed her and then we took her inside to dry off. It was in the winter so we put her in a warm bath. After she got out of she came up to me and said`` Jessica can I cuddle you``? ``yes of cores you can``. She fell asleep on my lap and it makes me feel like I’m a good big sister when she dose that. What is important is not about your house. Its about where your memories and family is. So, base it on who you love. friend’s house it could be you grandma’s house it could be anything but its where you feel loved. So, the different between a house and a home is that a house is the walls a home is where who you love is. If you can’t afroed a house its fine because habitat for humanity gives people a home to live in and make memories. So, you don’t need money to have a home.
