Home

What is home? When I think of home, I think of all the memories that I have made. I have made lots of memories and they all mean something very special to me. Everybody’s home is different, but I’m going to take you through the journey of my home. Always helping each other Building blanket forts in my room Celebrations Dance parties in the kitchen Every day bringing something new Family & friends Giving hugs and kisses Having lots of fun Ice cream (preferably banana split with extra sprinkles) Joking around Knocking on my brother's door and yelling for him to wake up Lots of laughter Making crinkle cookies with my mom Negotiating with my brother who gets the bigger piece of chocolate Only waking up early when it is REALLY important Pillow fights with my brother Quietly reading while everyone else is asleep Running around the house when my dad is chasing me Saying you were right, and I was wrong Talking about our days at family dinner nights Us going to the bakery on Fridays to get a treat Victory (winning family board games) Warm bed X-ray (sometimes we get hurt) Yelling “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” on someone's birthday Zoom calls with my friends Home. Home can mean many things as you can see. All these things have something in common though, they all mean something special to me!
