Habitat for Humans

A home to me is not a building Its not a house, a tent or even a tipi It’s a place filled with love from family and me Where we eat our food and watch some tv It’s a place where I can feel cozy and warm From the soft carpet to the hooks on the door At home I am safe without any threats Where I can sleep Without any frets My home is my sanctuary For when I feel weary And its where I can sleep So I can sleep like a baby
