Meaning of Home

Hi, my name is Carmen and today I'm going to tell you about the meaning of home. The meaning of home my way. A house is not a home without a family. You also need love and forgiveness to make a home. I believe that everybody deserves a good family so I think that everybody deserves a home where you can be loved and play and just be yourself and not be ashamed or embarrassed of yourself. I always say and do believe that a house without a home is just a plain building because home is not a place, it's a feeling you get when you're around the people you love and care about. In a home you will feel safe and loved. A home can be with your friends, your aunts and uncles, your mom and dad and your siblings. My home is fun and I can feel loved in this place. I can also do the things I love like painting and drawing. In a home you will get scolded and be disciplined by your guardian, but that is because they love you, they will scold you so you will learn right from wrong. When you get in trouble sometimes you will not feel loved, but in a home this happens because this is love. They do this so when you grow up, you will be loved and show love to your home, not your house, but your home. This is my way of expressing my home, and that everyone should have one. That they should be loved, fed, and disciplined. This is because that is a home to me!
