What Home Means to Me

What home means to me. A home isn't just a place with walls and a roof. A home is different than a house. Most houses are places that aren't full of love and joy their places that are empty and lonely, but a home is a place to feel loved and safe where I don’t always have to be perfect, and I can just be myself. It's also the people that you're with. For me my home wouldn’t be the same without my mom, Dad and my sister. Home is also a place to play and sleep a place that can be cozy! Home is a place where you belong and where you can be loved. A home is a place to make memories and enjoy every second of them. My home wouldn't be a home without the people and things I'm with. My mom because she makes my lunch every morning. My Dad because he always teaches me new things. And my little sister because she always makes me laugh even if most people don’t even think that it is funny. For me you also have to feel safe and loved in a home. I bet you feel the same way. I think a home is an amazing place to be. To me I think a home you should have family. I also think you have to feel special in a home and to feel like you belong. I think the most important thing in a home is to feel loved and safe. In my home I have all these things and that’s what makes my home. What do you think of a home, is it like what home means to me?
