Habitat for Humanity: Meaning of Home Essay

I am writing this essay about my top 3 important meanings of home for Habitat For Humanity Canada. Everyone's meaning of home is different, but here is mine. The first meaning of home is that you are with the people you love, the second meaning of home is that it is peaceful and quiet and above all, it is safe. I am very happy to share these meanings with you. Also as you read this essay you will probably find that all of these meanings correlate on the same line. The first meaning of home is that you are with the people you love. A logical example is that you could be with your family or your friends. I know making friends can be challenging, but my advice to you is to be kind and be yourself, it is the best way to make friends. The feeling of knowing that you are with the people you love feels so awesome and I feel incredibly grateful for all my family and friends. Something that is also pretty meaningful is that home and family are synonyms . The second meaning of home is that it is peaceful and quiet. A quick example of this is it is easier to stay calm and relaxed without getting a headache from the outside noises. This also goes on the same line as my first reason, but it can be very peaceful with the people you love sometimes. Some people think that home does not have to be peaceful and quiet but studies have shown that people are more successful in a peaceful environment such as a home. Sadly this is my last reason about the meaning of home but it is probably the most important one. My third reason about the meaning of home is that you are safe. Safety is very important to me and lots of other people. It can mean so many different things. Being home keeps you safe because you are protected and you have a place to sleep. Being safe is very important because Finally, my conclusion about the meaning of home is that home is where you are with your family, it is peaceful and quiet, and my favorite, it is safe. Once again, I wrote this essay for Habitat for Humanity Canada which is an amazing organization that builds decent, affordable homes for people . Home is one of the most important things to me and it is a place that matters and it should to you too! Home also does not have to be a super high-end expensive house, it could really be just a roof over your head.
