What Home Means to Me!

Home, to me, is where you can cry and you can laugh. It’s where you feel you can show all of your emotions. When I think of home, I think of my cozy bed. I think of when my family has movie nights in the living room and we are laughing while eating popcorn. I think of dinner parties with my family and friends. I think of Chinese New Year celebrations. For me, home is where celebrations are. For example, my home is where we are celebrating Chinese New Year this Saturday! Sometimes, people will think that a house is the same thing as a home. It’s not. A house can just be four walls and a roof, but a home is where memories are made. Home is where family photos are, and will be. However, if you are living in a hotel for a short time, you will not have that many memories there. I think that your own home is different from anyone else's. If you told everyone all the memories you have in your own home, I bet that not a single one would be exactly the same. Home is your own place where you feel comfortable, no matter what mood you are in. This is what home means to me.
