The Meaning of Home

Home is not just a big box with four walls, it is a place that stores memories and emotions. Home is where you can express yourself without a drop of fright. Home is where you grow up and learn new things. Home is where you get that satisfaction you can’t get anyplace else. Home is where you can play, jump, and run. Home is where stress runs away, and a flow of happiness runs through. Home is where you can feel safe, with your family by your side. A home can be in many different shapes and sizes. It can be a tree for birds, a cave for bats, or even a hole for rabbits. It doesn’t matter how big your home is, the only thing that matters is the amount of love you put into it. Your home locations may change over time, but your memories can never change. You will always remember the enjoyable days you had at your home, and you should know that one day, you will have to leave. Whether you settle in New York, or maybe Vancouver, a home can be made anywhere you go. Everyone deserves a home, even the ones that can’t afford one. I write this essay in hope of helping someone have a home. At the end of the day, it is important to remember that we all are the same.
