What Home Means to Me

A house is a building made out of four walls with an interior design that welcomes all. My home is filled with love and joy and family and friends everyday. Home is the place to be because that's where I can truly be me. It doesn’t matter if your home is big or small, it's the family and love that makes it all. I’ve had so many outstanding memories at this unforgettable home. My Mom is brilliant, sweet and kind and my Dad is caring, amazing and fun, and this home is where we all belong. Every time I walk through my door inside there's so much more. My beautiful home is there every time and my loving dog is always in sight. I am very grateful for all of my stuff and I hope many have just as much. I know many don’t have homes and that is very sad yet thanks to Habitat for Humanity I am very glad!! Habitat for Humanity helps people in need and does so much. Lots of volunteers help all the time to make wonderful things happen. The people in need are very grateful for all of the help from the community. Even just donating big or small or even ten dollars for writing this poem. I hope this all goes to a beautiful home with love and care from all of the world. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for giving me the chance to write this poem. I am very happy I was able to help and I hope you raise lots of money for the people in need of good homes. Lots of people around the world are grateful for all of your work. This was an amazing opportunity. Thank you everyone. I Am very grateful.
