Home is a Special Place

Home is a Special Place Sometimes I wonder why homes are special. Some people might think of a home as just a building but to me a home is a safe, family, loved home for the whole family to enjoy. I'm grateful to have my home. When I get scared at night and go to tell my mom and dad my nightmare they always say you are safe here. A home is a safe place to me because knowing that in the darkest moments that you are safe in your home. I know when I'm scared I know I'm safe at home. When I come home from school and come in through the door my family always greets me with a smile and I know it´s home. Home is a place for family where you have fun with your family like family game nights, family movie nights and other fun activities. I like in the summer when me and my family all swim together and it is really fun. The most important thing about home is love. Love in a home is like a Jenga brick that keeps the whole building up. I love my home. Without a home I would be living on the street. My mom and dad go to work to get money to keep the house. Habitat for Humanity helps families to get a perfect home. Habitat for Humanity gives people a perfect home so they can experience what I have experienced.
