What Home Means To Me

Home can mean a lot to different people. To me, home means memories, family and a place of legacy. These are the main things that home means to me. Whenever I think about home, I think about all the great memories in my home. For example, I once went to tobogganing down the stairs in a Christmas tree box. One time my dog stepped in a paint can and walked all over the house. I had to clean up all the pawprints. Another memory was when I fell down the stairs with my dad because my dog tripped us. I also remember when I decorated and moved into new bedroom. Home means family to me. I like to watch movies with my family. We like eating together because it is family time. I love playing with my pets. My bird likes to fly around my house. He likes to eat muffins. He will eat my breakfast if I leave it on the table. The last thing that makes home meaningful to me is that it's a place of legacy. My house I'm in right now is where my grandpa and my father grew up. I think I'm going to raise my future family there and carry on the tradition. There has also been many different pets in our home. We have a parrot and two dogs in our home now. In conclusion, home means a lot to me. It is a place where memories are made, lots of time can be spent with family and my home is a place of legacy. Therefore my home is so valuable to me!
