Everyone has a home

Everyone has a home A place to eat A place to sleep A place to walk and run A place to keep all your valuable things A place to learn to love A place to be taught valuable lessons like not to sneak or steal. To not be afraid if something does not go your way like you fail a quiz or lost a friend or your team lost a game A place where you can feel loved and safe And go outside and run and play Play with your family till the sun sets and the moon comes out to stay Stay for the the night but definitely not the rest of your life Everyone has a home I am writing this poem because I did not want to write an essay And to help others have a house Because they already have a home That home might move around or not even seem like a home but everyone has one
