WHEN I THINK OF HOME

WHEN I THINK OF HOME When I think of home, I think of playing outside with my dog, and my sister, on sunny days when it’s warm out, while my mom and dad are getting ready for a picnic in our backyard. When I think of home, I think of rainy days when my family loves to play board games, and drink perfect mint tea. When my dog curls right up by the fireplace, and when he gets too cooked, he goes and lays by the couch, and gets ready for a nice belly rub. When I think of home, I think of trying to find good hiding spots in my home for playing hide in seek while my sister is counting upstairs. When I get stuck trying to fit into a narrow space between a wall and a dresser, and my sister still doesn't find me! When I think of home, I think of coming back from dancing and telling my mom and dad about all the amazing moves I had just learned! When my sister and I practice our dance in the living room, while my mom and dad sit on the couch and watch us perform and clap at the end. When I think of home, I think of a house full of love and happiness, which I think every home should be like. For everyone!
