Home

When I think of what home feels like, I have four ideas to share. Home feels like family. Home feels loving. Home feels safe. Home is where our traditions are. Home feels like family. My family loves me. They make me feel safe. My family makes me laugh and I love to laugh. I can be anywhere with my family and feel like home. Home is a loving place for me. Home is a loving place for me because me and my family always cuddle. It's very relaxing. It's also a loving place because my family always plays together. We play lots of things like board games, imaginary games and lots of other silly games. I have a great family. They're the best. This is why home is a loving place for me. Home is a place where I feel safe. I feel safe when my family is with me. I feel safe when I have my favourite stuffy. I feel safe because I can be myself, whether it is happy, sad, angry, disappointed, scared, sick, joyful, silly, or grateful. This is why home feels safe to me. Home to me is experiencing traditions unique to our family. Traditions that we do include going to my cabin at Deka Lake. Traditions that we do are pizza and movie night every Saturday. Traditions that we do are going to my Nana and Papa’s house for Christmas and staying for Christmas dinner. This is why my family’s traditions feel like home. What does home feel like to you?
