What Home Means to Me

Home to me is a safe place. I can sleep in a warm bed without having bed bugs or creepy cockroaches crawling all over me. Just think about it, some kids do not have beds or homes. I am a very lucky child to even have loving parents and a family who loves me. Some people in this world don’t have electricity or water, in my home electricity is precious and we have clean water. I love my home. Now I will tell you a little bit about houses. A house is a place that you feel unsecure and not safe, it is a place where there are cracks in the walls and nails sticking up, you could get home sick too. A house might not be your home. It could be your friend's house that is a dark creepy place that has bed bugs and cockroaches. You are a very lucky child if you have a home because some kids don’t.
