What Home Means to Me

Home to me is not just four walls and a roof, it is a place where I feel safe, and I am loved by everyone around me. I am safe because I know everyone in my house will protect me no matter what. And I know they will always love me because they do not care what I act like or look like, and they will not love me less no madder what. But that is not just what home means to me, it means that whatever I do I am loved, and I am able to express myself in any way that I want and the people in my home will not judge me. Some people spend their whole lives trying to find safe and affordable housing. Habitat for Humanity is an organization that helps people achieve this.
