Me and My Home

This is what home means to me! Home is my palace, it’s a place for safekeeping, it’s a second school and it’s where my family and I are protected. Whenever I’m outside on a cold day, I run home so I don’t catch a cold. Whenever I’m bored of doing something, I like to draw pictures of me and my home. If it’s a rainy day and I’m cold, I would get in my bed knowing that my house would protect me. Since there is a pandemic in the world, my family and I are protected from the Covid 19 virus by staying home. I love my home because it’s where I’m safe, warm, and happy Why does home make me feel safe? Well, it makes me feel safe because if I’m in bed and scared, I just think about my house and how it protects me and my family. If you hate your house and you think it’s the worst place in the world, well think again because it’s the best place you could ever be in. You should be grateful for your home because if you grew up and didn’t have a job, you’d wish you loved your home and would regret the fact that you hated your home and family. You know, I used to think that home was the worst place I could possibly be in until I started to have nightmares about my house being burned down and my parents, siblings and I living on the streets. I really don’t want that to happen so you should take care of your home and be happy that you even have one. I love my home and my family, so you definitely should as well!
