The Meaning of Home: A home is an enjoyable, happy place where you can live, laugh, and learn. It's somewhere where you are loved, respected, and cared for. When you look at it from the outside, a home is just a house; a building. A home is a very important place because, it has consistently been a gathering place, a shelter, and a sanctuary by providing escape from the business of the world for many families. Home is a place that one likes to live in. A home is a place, where you feel comfortable. A home is built with a family and it provides you with the community that will always be there for you. A Home is where you feel safe because it's the safest place in the world. In my home, I have my parents who taught me many things before I realized anything on my own. My parent's personalities are the first basis for the way I live. Their personalities have shaped my personality. The way I live and the first things that I see, are the first things I will be doing in my home. My parents created the home I live in originally and have passed on their homely traditions to me. I hope I enjoy my future house as much as I enjoy my original parent's house.
