What Home Means to Me
Home feels like:
Me cuddling with my black and white cat named Java.
Safety because we have locks and it feels strong.
My mom giving me a big, warm hug.
What home looks like:
A safe place with lots of locks.
A backyard with a hockey net and a wooden play structure.
A nice place to read a book and watch lots of movies.
Home sounds like:
My brothers bed creaking with him on it.
My mom and dad yelling at each other.
Me playing lego and searching for pieces in a lego bin.
Home smells like:
Fresh baked chocolate oatmeal cookies.
Pita pizza in the oven.
Chicken being cooked (but PS. I don’t really like chicken very much).
Home tastes like:
Oatmeal chocolate cookies!
Macaroni and cheese.
Lots of pepperoni pizza.
