If Home Was Not There

If home was not there, there would be no friends in that chair. Some people are lucky, some people have homes. But some people are not as lucky and don’t have that home. No place where they can laugh, no place where they can cry. Not even a place where they can chill after a long hard shift. Imagine if home were not there. Just living off the stuff that they can find out there. No bed, no home, no place to have fun, just a place that’s always changing, every shingle and all. If home was not there, it would be tough. A constant struggle to even find a place to sleep for the night. A place where they can eat. A place to put a bed, a place to order pizza, and a roof over their heads. Imagine if home were not there.
