What Home Means to Me
To me, home is where I can relax. Home is also where I can be myself. Finally, home is where I can feel safe.
Home is where I can relax, when I'm not home I can't relax because of everything that is going on outside. Outside I can't control the temperature but I can at home. Outside I can't go somewhere else if I get overwhelmed but I can at home. Outside I don't know what will happen but I do at home.
Home is where I can be myself, when I'm not home I can't be myself because I don't know if people will judge me. Outside I don't know the people around me but I do at home. I could find a mean person who will judge me but I can't at home. Outside people don't understand me, they don't know why I like the things I like all they know is what they like but at home people understand me.
Home is where I feel safe, when I'm not home I don't know what could happen. Outside I don't know the people around me but I do at home. Outside someone could have a dog that would attack me but at home there aren't any dogs. Outside I have no clue what will happen but I do at home.
In conclusion, home to me is a place where I can chill, be who I am without getting judged and feel safe. That is what home means to me.
