The Meaning of Home

Home is where I want to be, My place, my friends, my family. Home is where I need to be, While this virus still runs free. Home is my happy place, I giggle and I laugh with a smile on my face. Home is also where I cry, I know I won’t be judged when I sigh. When you're asked your favourite thing, You might say a pet, food or a phone. But for me my favourite thing Is definitely my home. A house is made from bricks and stone But a home needs something more. A home is where you’ll never feel alone, A home’s something worth fighting for.
