Home
Home.
The home I live in keeps me sheltered and warm.
Behind the door, inside these walls,
this house I live in, I call it my home.
With my parents there to hold me in their arms,
along with my siblings who I can watch grow.
The hours, the minutes, the seconds,
that I've spent with my family and friends.
This place I call home holds memories that I keep safe in my heart.
But home isn’t just a building, made of wood and cement.
It’s something unique to each and every person.
Whatever it may be whether it’s an apartment or a mansion,
it’s something you can call your own.
The place I can call home is very special to me,
And no matter where or what it’ll end up being in the future,
It’s a place that I can rest in as long as I'm with the people I love.
