The Meaning of Home is Always Changing

The meaning of home can be one thing one moment, then in the next it could be another. Like if you move in, you might see it as a new beginning, but then a month later you could think of your home as the heart of your family. But then, after a year, you might see yourself as the heart of your home, but then, in a while, you might see your home as the heart of your family and you as the heart of your home. So, you can never fully put your finger on what exactly the meaning of is, but what you can do is write what it could be or has been and therefore instead of putting our finger on exactly what it is, we can just know what it could be from what it has been and therefore know what it is eventually. because if we know what it could be in the future it gives us something to look forward to. Think of it like a butterfly. You can try to catch it, but it won’t work. You have to let it come to you, so if we know what it was and what it could be then we know where to stand so that it comes to us. I think that the meaning of home for me right now is probably that my home is my safe haven where I am safe and I can be whoever I want to be without prying eyes. That is what I think the meaning of home was, could be, or is right now.
