Start Every Day with Laughter

Home is not just a roof over your head, it is the base of your life. Home could be an alley behind a building or a very expensive house, home is anything you call it. Home is where memories are made, from your very first steps or getting in trouble. These types of memories that happen at home are the ones that you will never forget. Home is a supportive and caring family who has got your back. Caring for your mental and physical health and supporting you in sports or activities. Home is anything you call it. We are fortunate to have standing buildings and houses. This first idea is emphasizing how lucky we are and what other people call home. Some people call an alley home, maybe it could be the streets or a hut. No matter what home is to you it is one of the best places to ever be. Some kids don't have a “home”. These kids and adults are the ones Habitat for Humanity is trying to help. I have a bunch of memories that I want to remember to the day I die, but my fond recollections are the memories made at home. I remember my very first steps, and when I would stand In front of the T.V. watching a hockey game and playing mini sticks. All these memories I hold close to my heart and I hope I will never let them go. My parents say they can't express how much they love me. They spend money on me, on activities like hockey, the care for my physical health, like when I get hurt they are always asking me if they can do anything. I can't imagine a world without a caring and loving family. Home is everything.
