What Home Means to Me. What does home mean to me? Home is a destination on the map and a place in your heart. You can laugh, cry, make mistakes and learn important lessons. It is a place that is there through the good and the bad. Home is like a person; it has your back. It comforts you when you are sad or if something bad happens. Homes are empty and sad before a person is living in it. Home is a giver we are the takers. Home is always waiting for you. I think all people deserve to live in a house. It's unfair for people who don’t have homes and they are just asking for money and people are too selfish to give them a dollar. I think people should be more considerate and give at least a dollar. Home is an important place for everyone everywhere.
