Meaning of Home

The meaning of home to me means a place where I feel safe and loved. I was brought home from the hospital to this house. This is the only house I have lived in. My home is beautiful and I love being in it. I love my bedroom. My home is a place where I have my friends come over and we have playdates. In my backyard we have a pool. I like having my friends come over to go swimming in the summer. My birthday is in July and I always have a pool party to celebrate. I love playing in my pool with family especially my dad. My dad and I horse around a lot. Sometimes my dog Isabella will jump in the pool with us and swim around. It is so funny. My home is where I have my five pets. I am lucky that my house is big enough to have all my pets. I have three dogs and two cats. They like to sleep on the couch and in our beds. They are funny. My animals make me laugh all the time. My home would not be the same without my animals. I love my home during the Christmas holidays. We always have nice decorations and a big Christmas tree. My home is very cozy. My mom always decorates the house for the fall and Easter too. Our home is where my family makes lots of memories. My family will come for dinners and to celebrate everyone’s birthday’s. We enjoy being together. My home is a place where my parents and I spend a lot of time together. I feel very secure and safe. I am very grateful for my home.
