When You're in Your Home Everything is Ok

Home is not just walls or a roof that protect you, home is a special place where memories are made and kept. Home is a place of love and comfort all the time. Home is a place of safeness where you can't be hurt. Home is a place where you can be yourself and feel comfortable all the time. Home is a place where loving and kind people live. Home is where you live and where you pass away. Home can be a person, a pet, or an object because to me home can be anything that you feel comfortable and loved around. A home and a house are different things. A house is the walls, the roof, and the floor that protect you from rain, snow, etc. Home is not just walls, home is something or someone you love and care for. In a home you go through many different emotions. You are sad, you are happy, you are confused, and you are angry. No matter what you're going through if it's happening in or around your home then you should feel loved and safe well it’s happening because everything is ok in your home. If you're in your house and you feel safe and loved for and cared for in, it's not your house, it's your home. For me, my friends and family are my home because I feel safe and loved with them, I feel like I can be myself around them. Next timeyou're in your house, near a person or with an object, and you feel safe around, them that thing may just be your home. That is what home means to me.
