Open The Door To Home

When you open your door to home, Your heart should lift with joy. Your home can be anywhere, But it’s most certainly not everywhere. A home is where I keep my favourite things, It no doubt gives me a feeling of kings. A home is where you have a sheet, To lie on and think of sweets. A home is where you cause some kind of trouble, Where you laugh, have fun and blow a bubble. A home is where you have family time, Where you eat dinner, play games and think of a rhyme. A home is a memorable place, Where you chase and have a race. You may have fights going onward, But one step back is two steps forward. Now I hold that grip of the home where I live, But I slowly let it go at the sad thoughts it brings. Imagine not having a home, Made out of stone. Living on a street, Not complete. By giving in a poem you build, Will help someone’s life be filled.
