My home is a treasure

My home is a treasure By: michaela mazzotta My home is a treasure It was bought with purpose And loved with care Meals were served Memories made My home is a treasure the one I value most It was carved, cut and nailed in just for us My house is not just where I reside It's not just four walls and a floor It's where my heart abodes And where the love stays It's where fun is held It's where moments are formed My home is a treasure better than any gold It's where my life started It's where my life always lives My home is a treasure, I hope you choose to know If you need a home there's a place you can go A kind foundation, they'll help with no cost They'll give you a home a place to call your own All you need is a home like mine, and hopefully the treasure I speak of you will find. My home is a treasure, I'm sure yours is too Everyone needs a home, a home like mine and yours Everyone needs the leather from a couch A cushion for a chair A bed in which you sleep Paint for a wall Everyone needs a home My home is a treasure better than all My home is a treasure, it picks me up when I fall My home is a treasure, just like yours is to you Everyone should have a treasure Not just a home for me Not just a home just for you A home for everyone My home is a treasure for all to see A home is a place where we all should be
