The Home Is Where...

What is a home? That is the question. Many people say, A home is where you live. True, but not precise. Home is the place where family fun resides. Home is the place where there is joy and love and comfort. Home is the place where small mishaps happen. Home is the place where your loved ones are. Home — Is where you feel at home. Now, a house. That is very different from a home. You can say a house is where the home is, Just like a square is a rectangle — But a home is not a house, Just like a rectangle is not a square. A house may be: A tiny bungalow A neat cottage A small flat A messy apartment A hotel room A family townhouse A big mansion A huge palace. But if any of these places don’t house your family and friends, Then it is not your home. Home is the place where your family and friends are.
