My home
This is my home, it is where I roam
It is where I learned to talk, same place I learned to walk
My home is more than a roof and four walls
It is where my bed, books and toys stand tall
The first time I saw my home, it was like a block of bricks
But now it is more than that, it is my history, my stats
When I felt sweltered, my home always kept me sheltered
No matter what, my home is left uncut
If I get hurt, it will always heal
And if it doesn’t, I won’t make a squeal
All it takes is a little bit of love
Then it will heal like a dove.
Even if it is in the darkest day, it will only just go away
If I think I am being bothered
All I need to do is drink a little drink of water
All that bother will vanish like thin air
Even before someone is aware,
My family has grown in my home
Home is where I can always be me!
