5 Sense Make A Home

I look back on all the memories, photos, places and even a meaningful gift given to me. As I look through the photos in the photo book, I noticed my first joyful and happy laugh when I was just a baby. A photo full of delicious chocolate smeared all over my face from Nutella, a video of my first time wrapping my fluffy and cheerful dog Koko around my arms. It took me a second to realize how much acceptance there is in my family. My emotions and my amusing laughter, my own forgiveness turning an atrocious fight, my sorrys when I made a huge mistake, and my families hugs when I need warmth and comfort. All these examples are what builds up my family and even myself. The feeling of my pet's fur snuggling up against me makes me feel warm and cozy. The sound of laughter and conversations we have make a home. Even the sound of my favorite song makes me build confidence. The scrumptious juicy and sweet taste of my favorite late night snack apples and Nutella. The sight of bright and welcoming smiles warms up my heart. The smell of a new book slightly cracked open makes a home. The feeling of my mom hugging me makes me feel accepted and cherished. All these five senses make a home! The thought of family is what home means to me.
