Home to Me

Home to me is a lovely, calm, and a happy building. Some people might think it’s a building with cold walls, an annoying roof, and boring windows but it is more than that. Home is the place we make our favorite memories. Like sitting around the dinner table with your family, chatting with them and eating your yummy dinner on the coldest day. Home gives us feelings. Home makes us happy, sad, mad, scared, and all other feelings! Home is a place we show our emotions and feel free to do whatever we want. Play games, bake or cook things, relax, watch TV, or even scream as much as we want. Home is free as freedom and safe as a castle with guardians. Home is calm as a river splashing softly or a restaurant with lovely songs but more. Home is happy as an excited dog that has the perfect toy for her. Home welcomes everyone inside. The meanest person, the nicest person, and everyone you can think of. Home gives us important lessons and makes us learn stuff For example when you try to cook something new! You learned a new thing! .Home is a place you show your work too. Like doing homework, or fixing something. Home is a place that we can show our afford. For example maybe you broke the front door, you show affordance and try to fix it! Or doing your homework, you are showing affordance and brain power to do it! I think everyone deserves a home. I am really glad I have a place to call it, ‘My Home.’ Because some people might not be as lucky as me. I wish everyone on the planet could have a nice, happy, lovely, and joyful home like mine.
