My Meaning of Home

All the memories people have yet not all of them are good. I remember times when my face hurts from smiling so much. Other people need to feel the same. But then some people do not smile. How? You always think of how good your own life is. You have a house, a family, yet there are so many people that do not have all of that and we just take it for granted. We complain. Sometimes I see people on the streets carrying everything they have, wearing everything they own. You think of all the things that you have that they do not have. All the things that you got for Christmas and your birthday. You always say “oh, I would die without this.” The truth is most of the time you would not. Most of the time you say that about something like your phone or your favorite type of chips. When people say that they usually do not know that a lot of people do not have things like that. There are so many people that do not have a house because they cannot afford proper housing. We want to give people that special opportunity. We want them to have that same special place. My home is as fun-filled as a carnival! For me my house is not just walls and a roof. It’s the things that you fill it with and the memories and who you spend your time with. That is my home.
