Home makes me feel safe like a lock On the couch I can snuggle up like we’re hibernating with my family and watch a movie My house is where I learn my lessons like school Either when it’s raining, snowing, or hailing, my family and I find a game to play like monopoly, or a movie to watch like Rio, or Tarzan It’s a place where I make great, funny memories like a picture Sometimes I fall, then I get up like a child going to school Sometimes when I’m nervous for a test, my whole family supports me When I am scared, my mom hugs me like a grizzly bear and makes me feel warm Even when I’m sad, my family tells me that I am strong, and independent Everyone at my house makes me feel cozy, and L-O-V-E-D like a squished apartment Throughout the year, I make funny, amazing adventures
