What Makes a House a Home

To me a house becomes a home when you are able to build memories. It’s the place where you play, laugh and cry. It’s the place where memories are made with family and friends. Your home is not about how big or small it is. It’s about having a roof over your head. Memories and love are forever in the walls. Sometimes people have to move to a different house. Moving might be different and difficult but you will have your family to help make new memories. I have been living in the same house my whole life. The house may be small but that doesn’t matter because my mom, dad and sister have made awesome memories there. COVID-19 have made things very difficult for a lot of people. Being forced to stay in your home for extended periods of time. Being with your Family and making special memories has made it easier to get through COVID-19. Everyone deserves a home. I am grateful that I am in this contest because my words can build up and make a home for someone.
