What Does It Mean? What does it mean to have a home? What does it mean to be at home? What does it mean to live in a home? It means feeling and being safe. It means having people love and support you. It means having protection from harm. What does it mean to not have a home? What does it mean to be on the streets? What does it mean to be alone? It means not feeling safe. It means not having a bed or anything to eat. It means not having people who care for you. What does it mean to have a mansion? What does it mean to be at a mansion? What does it mean to live in a mansion? It means feeling and being rich. It means having more space than you need. It means to live in perfection. But what is a home? It is NOT being perfect and NOT being alone. It means being right in between. So when I think of home, I think of safety, I think of support, and most of all I think of others. I think of how a lot of people don't have a home. So no matter what, rich or poor, EVERYONE deserves a home.
