What I Think a Home Is

What I Think a Home Is To me home is wherever my family and friends are. My new home is in Stratford. My home is warm in the Winter and cool in the Summer. In a home there is love and there is a bed for me to sleep in at night. I have blankets and a pillow so I can be warm at night! I have a roof to keep me dry. My home has windows for me to look outside and see the beautiful outdoors. My school home has been Holy Name Of Mary in St. Marys. I have been there for about 6 years! I think that soon St. Joe’s School will feel like home! My home has my family in it. My home has my friends in it. I love my home and I’m happy I have a home. For everyone who is homeless, I hope someday they will get a safe place to live! In a home there are clothes, toothbrushes and hair brushes. In a home there is food and water. In a home there is a sink, a toilet and a shower. In a home there are shoes, coats, mitts and hats. A home is for shelter. A home is for people to watch movies together. A home is for fun and games. My home is safe! I have a dog in my home. I have stuffies in my home! I have toys in my home that I can play with. My home has boxes. My home has bags. My home has a garbage. My home has cupboards. My home has art! My home has a TV! And last but not least, my home has creativity! What do you think home is? By: Leah Bage
