Home to Me
I love being at home every day,
A feeling of love and friendship sweeps me away,
Running around and playing hide and seek,
There is nothing that matters till the end of the day.
I wish that everyone could have a home,
Safe from the outside, and not all alone.
It’s a big world problem that we need to solve.
We can’t just postpone we must act,
No pretending, it’s a fact.
When I think of home I think of love, friends and family, talking merrily.
We need to make a change, bigger than big,
So more people can have a safe place to stay,
Where you don’t have to worry about being cold,
You can be merry and feel at home.
Home doesn’t need to be big, it can be small,
But it must be filled with brightness bounding off all.
We need to support each other in every way,
Not just only those who can pay,
Everybody, every age.
We're a team, we must act that way.
