Give Others The Peace of Home

Quiet, calm, safe and sound, Home means safety, I have found. They gave me home because they cared, Now I don’t have to suffer in the cold air. A home is a place with family, and good friends, A home is eternal, for it is there until the end. To my home I can retreat, and feel comforted, For I have a home, and am not alone instead. A home is a place where with family you can gather, Like how the wolves come together after a hunt. You should not have to be on your own, rather Like how a cougar is always alone. Every animal has a home, and for them all is well, So everyone should have one, and this to you I will tell. Those who cared gave me my home that day, So let's be compassionate and follow the kind, caring way, If you help us we can build homes for those in need, You can help by giving donations, so help us please. I will tell the world today, “Now the time has come to act,” I really think it is time to say, “The world not perfect, that's a fact,” I will tell the world, “If we help all and all help one,” I will tell you, “Our project can be done.” But all is not lost, as this next part is true, “If we all act now, and start before dawn, One day loneliness and sadness can be gone!” So now you know, now you see, Not everyone is as lucky as you or me. But if we all make our move, and all play our parts, Happiness can exist, before sadness even starts!
