The Meaning of Home to Me

Home is very important to me. It is the place that I have always known. To me my home is more than just the place I live in, it Is also where my family is, and where I was born. I was born in Canada, and I have lived here my entire life. So, Canada has always been my home, and will always be my home until I decide to go or move somewhere else. When I am with my family and friends, I feel safe, this feeling makes me think of home. For me whenever I think of home it's easy because I have always been with my family and we have never moved from the house that I have lived in my entire life. When I am at school I still feel at home because I have friends that have always been there for me and teachers that know and understand who I am. But if my family weren’t together for a moment or two, I would not feel at home, because I feel safer when my whole family is with me. So even if I am on vacation in a new and different country, as long as my whole family is there, it will feel like home. As you can see, home is a big and special word to me because it can mean a lot of different things. But the reason home is so important to me is because it is a part of me, a part of my family, and a part of my life. So, in conclusion, the word home has a lot of different and special meanings to me. But to summarize all that I said, home to me is the people who I love.
