Home
Home makes me joyful. This is because home is a place of love and family. Home is safe for me, letting me enjoy myself while snow covers the world around me.
Firstly, home is warm and inviting. When it is cold and rainy outside, I can enter my house where it is warm and dry. Any time when it is freezing, I can go inside and flop down on my comfy bed, sit near the warm and lit fireplace, and smell dinner cooking on the stove.
Furthermore, home means safety. Before I overcame my fear of the dark, I was frightened of someone breaking in at night. After a while, I told my dad about the fear. Because of this, he installed security cameras to make me feel safe. I know not to be afraid since I can count on my parents.
Lastly, home is a place that is filled family and love. My littlest brother supported me when I was studying for a test. My parents encourage and teach me to do my best, under any circumstance. My family accepts me, no matter what.
The last thing I want to say is that family will keep out freezing rains and harsh winds, even from far away, because home does not exist in a house, but in my heart. This reason is because my family loves me. My family accepts and loves me even through hard and bitter times.
