We all deserve a home
My Wonderful Beautiful Home.
I un-lock the door with my silver key.
It means much more to me, then a house with a roof and four walls.
It is where my memories are spent, and most of all…
It’s were my mother keeps me warm.
The substructure is stable, and strong.
It’s were my family keeps me safe, even though sometimes I’m wrong.
They understand my feelings, and so does my home.
It feels as if… I am never alone.
In hard times, my father teaches a lesson, and hugs me tight, till my tears are wiped, and the smile on my face, regains its grace.
I feel so strong, in the place I belong.
A place I can safely call home.
A place where I can be myself, no matter what.
No matter my grades, no matter my losses and wins.
Everyone should be able to feel safe, and strong, have a place to belong, and recall all the memory’s held.
It is I who shall tell, all the glory that’s held, in my wonderful, beautiful home.
Let the people have a right, to regain their might, have a home to feel welcome inside of.
Make it happen, oh please, we shall all be the ones to be grateful for life, and have homes that keep us warm, far away from the storms.
Homes that bring are spirits high, just enough, to reach for the sky, and that make us donate, because of that great glory the people have made, just for me, just for you.
We all deserve a home, just like mine.
