What my Home Feels to Me

What My Home Feel to Me My home feels like I am allowed to be me and to feel safe and I am so thankful that I have a home. I don't like to pretend to be someone else then myself. I don't feel like I have rules on me but in our home we have been taught the right from wrong and to be responsible for our actions and decisions. there was one time when I missed my home so much it was when the flood happened I thought that my parents were joking but you guessed it they weren’t at all then I was worried I started to pack everything holding back my tears that i might lose all my stuff and most of all my memories. then my cousin called that there home flooded I felt bad plus it was about 3:00 a.m. knock knock it was them they looked so down but we prayed together then we tried to cheer them up. But sadly in the morning we all had to evacuate with our cousins, because the flood rose . After the flood I learned that it's not the size of the house that matters, it's how happy the family is inside the house . Enjoy every moment with your parents and siblings and make the best out of it. That is when I knew it was serious we all said come on can't we stay but we couldn't the flood could rise at any moment they said when we went it was fun and all but I missed my house so much that I couldn't sleep and that is when I realised I will never be unthankful and I like my one saying everybody has a house but it is hard to build a happy home like me and my family.
